House Design Solutions have been involved in the design, documentation and construction of new homes across metro Melbourne for the last 30 years.
Knock Down & Re-Builds have been a focus over the last few years as this “in-fill” option has become feasible and desirable. This option is carefully considered where an extension has been ruled out.
We visit clients in the luxury of their own home and discuss in detail briefs on what is most desirable. Our house design solutions have a high level of expertise embedded in the design paying specific attention to solar pathways to ensure light filled, open and comfortable homes are created.
Often we have stunned clients by offering solutions they never thought possible. On occasion we have pointed clients in other directions, some have chosen these other options with fantastic results.
For example a simple knock down re-build may be better suited to a Duplex two family home development where two family homes are worth much more than one.
