We designed this modern home on a large open site for our lovely clients.
Proposed in a style that we call “Modern Farmhouse”, the house is spread wide across the large site, offering a huge north-facing rear yard for the family to enjoy.
Advanced passive solar design principles were embedded into the design to ensure the house was eco-friendly, keeping running costs low and ensuring a comfortable living environment.
The builder was amazing throughout the build, offering that “country style service” they are known for.
